Vendor Form

    To be a vendor, complete the following form. The vendor fee is $75 per vendor space/booth. Once you have submitted the form, you will receive a PayPal invoice to pay the $75 vendor fee.  Once the vendor fee is received, you will receive all the necessary information. There are limited spaces available for vendors. Therefore, it is important to pay the fee immediately to secure your vendor location. If the vendor fee is not paid, the vendor form will be voided.
